Can I use my “EXCLUSIVE” design for
other products?

YES. If you have already purchased a product with an “EXCLUSIVE” design, you can use this design for other products. In this case you pay the price of a “SPECIAL” product.   Please contact us if you want to do this.

Can I acquire the data of my
“EXCLUSIVE” design?

YES. The cost is CHF 480.- / EUR 320.-. You will receive an editable PDF document by email, of which you can dispose freely.   Please contact us if you want to acquire the data.

Can I choose keywords for my
“EXCLUSIVE” design?

YES. You can add three keywords. Try to use concrete expressions.

Can I acquire the data of a “BASIC”
or “SPECIAL” design?

NO. The data of these designs can not be purchased.

Can I use my own picture or logo for a product?
NO. Ambassador exclusively uses designs designed by us. But there are several other stamp companies that will take on your existing logo.

Can I exchange a product if I do not
like the deigns?
NO. If your product is faulty, we will of course replace your product promptly.

Will upper/lower case be considered
in the design text?
NO. But your text will be displaced according to optimal graphical criteria.

Is the handling of payment in the webshop save?
YES. We use the Paypal payment system. This system is commonly used and assures a very high security standard.

NO. You can order either with PAYPAL/credit card or by prepayment.

Do I receive feedback whether my order

YES. You will receive confirmation by email. Please contact us if you should not receive the email.

YES. You will receive a confirmation email for your order which can also be used as invoice.

Do I receive a discount for large orders?
YES. We offer a discount from 10 ordered products onwards.

NO. Your details are treated confidentially and are not forwarded to third parties. Further, you will not receive any unwanted advertising from us.
